I took three swim lessons from Eric that focused on free and fly; back and breast; and turns, dives, and streamlines. After the first 15 minutes, I was already swimming faster. Previously coaches had pointed out what I was doing wrong. Eric showed me how to do it right. In three meets over the following months, I broke my PRs— three times! I always told myself that I just needed to work out harder to go faster, but I was already working very hard without much progress. The lessons with Eric were a great present for myself and really increased my enthusiasm for a sport I love.
